Lucky, lucky girl, how did you do it? I am sooo... very envious.

And as for the 'No Trim' Topiary Ball that's a master-stroke.

How lovely! We have had a doves nest right next to my son's bedroom window... Very noisy! So sweet that yours are in such a prominent position, there must be a lot of trust there. Have a wonderful week xx

How sweet... My little garden is full of fledglings, it's such a lovely time of the year... except for all blooming slugs!! Cx

What a smart place to make a nest, no puss or fox can get at it there l would think :). Pam xx

How brilliant. We had blackbirds the other year and may have a wren in our clematis, but not seen any fledglings yet.

What clever Mummy bird to find a stone castle for her babies.

Hope they can make it out okay , she'll have to watch they don't get too chubby ;-)

Never seen them nesting so close to people walking past all the time, do keep us all informed.xx

That's lovely ( what bird are they ? )
Much as though starlings are annoying, I love watching the fledglings x

Penny, I'm reliably informed that they're Great Tits.
Of course the problem is going to be keeping Kit away from them as they fledge :(

That's adorable Elaine. We also have Great Tits nesting outside our back door again...inside a terracotta urn with a narrow neck...am hoping babies will be able to get out when the time comes. And the chirping that comes from the baby birds all day...Mum and dad must be exhausted. Filling up seed feeders twice a day at the moment...
Hope you had a lovely weekend.
